What should you expect from this workshop?
You will gain an advanced understanding of bread-making’s core principles which will be covered during this bread making workshop while apprenticing in a fully functional artisan bake-house. Our oven is a 3 x 2 metre wood fired brink oven. You will receive step by step explanations of all you will need to know, all this is learnt with a glass of wine in hand, so novices and experienced bakers are catered for equally. The workshop runs over two days at the end of each month and booking are limited, so don’t hesitate otherwise you might lose out on this bread making workshop which is a great knowledge based course. What should I know before the bread making workshop starts?
Once you have booked and we have received your payment you will receive notes that you should look through, try and bake a few simple recipes at home just so that you can experiment so that you can benefit from and enjoy this workshop to its full potential.
What should I bring along?
On the Thursday we start at 9:30 and all you need to bring along is one ingredient of your choose as we will be making pizza for a light lunch.
